About the Author: Born on 8 Aug 1947 in village Bagi badi, Dheeraj Singh Negi did his graduation from Meerut University and worked for the state government till 2007 in the Village development department. He spent his life for the betterment of the people of Garhwal and was a part of many important and major societies of Uttarakhand.
